PREVENT CHURN EARLY ON
With the implementation of The Montreal Children’s Hospital’s Radiothon, the opportunity to increase new donors to The Foundation was substantial. However, it soon became clear that renewal of these donors was the real challenge. A BoutiqueTel program was put into place to ensure that donors who had lapsed for 12 months were automatically solicited during Radiothon. The program has been running for over 10 years and annual revenues continue to rise.
