IMPLEMENT A TARGETED B2B PROGRAM
Development of a B2B program encouraging corporate executives to purchase their end-of-year corporate gifts for employees and clients from the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ).
A segmented, creative approach ensured that companies were communicated to based on their buying history and were treated with special care. Certain segments received a personal, hand-signed letter from the president of the SAQ. The program saw up to 15% annual growth.
